  • Präsentation einer Longlist (20 – 30 Profile) und Besprechung mit Kunden
  • Ansprache der gemeinsam definierten Shortlist inklusive persönlicher Interviews
  • Schriftlich dokumentierte Präsentation der Kandidat*innen und Besprechung mit Kunden
  • Erstinterviews zwischen Kunde und Kandidat*innen (vor Ort bei Kunde oder extern)

Kosten:
