Option 2: Executive Board Search

  • Zieldefinition (zeitliche und generelle Rahmenbedingungen)

Suche:

  • Resultat: Identifikation potenzieller Kandidaten*innen über Direktansprache
  • Präsentation einer Longlist (20 – 30 Profile) und Besprechung mit Kunden
  • Ansprache der gemeinsam definierten Shortlist inklusive persönlicher Interviews
  • Schriftlich dokumentierte Präsentation der Kandidat*innen und Besprechung mit Kunden
  • Erstinterviews zwischen Kunde und Kandidat*innen (vor Ort bei Kunde oder extern)

Kosten:

  • Ab CHF 12’000.- werden zusätzlich zu einer erfolgreichen Platzierung in Rechnung gestellt.

Ensure a balanced ability profile on your board of foundation

 
Studies have shown that the skill mix of members in Swiss foundations is often unbalanced and that different skills are either too common or scarce. Although many people would have the skills they are looking for, they have no contact with the foundation they are looking for. It is our ambition to establish sufficient contacts between the suitable persons and the searching foundations. With our service, you can find cost-efficient and effective people who will complement your institution and ensure a balanced ability profile on your board of trustees. Such people can bring a breath of fresh air and further strengthen your board of trustees. A professional personnel search, which is usually avoided by cost-conscious or non-profit foundations, is no longer necessary, but can be carried out additionally if desired.

Process

To search in the candidate database, you must create a foundation profile. After you have completed the short registration below, you will be sent a link to verify your e-mail address. This will enable you to activate your foundation account. Your account is invisible to the searching candidates and only created for your personal search in the database. As soon as the subscription fee has been paid, you can search for suitable candidates in our database during the selected period of use; if a profile seems interesting to you, you have two options:

a) You contact the person directly and follow your recruitment process.
b) We support you with various actions: Details.

 

Costs

The cost of an annual subscription is CHF 290 for the annual membership and can be paid by e-banking, credit card or PayPal. This allows you to search the database without restriction. Contacting profiles is free of charge.
 
Subscription price:
1 year: CHF 290
 
After a successful placement, these placement costs will be charged to you: CHF 1,000 for foundations, non-profit organisations and associations.
For each additional person who finds your institution through our database, we grant you a 20% concession on the placement fee. Prices are without VAT.
 

Expiry of the subscription

Before your subscription expires, you will be notified by e-mail and given the opportunity to renew your subscription. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, the profile will be switched offline so that you no longer have access to the SR database. It can be reactivated at any time.
